Terms of Use and Agreement for Akashic Records Sessions
1. Introduction
This agreement establishes the terms and conditions under which Mensajeros De Luz (the Provider) offers Akashic Records reading services to the Client. By booking and participating in an Akashic Records session, the Client agrees to comply with these terms and conditions.
2. Services Offered
The Provider agrees to offer Akashic Records reading sessions aimed at providing spiritual and personal guidance based on the information obtained from the Client’s Akashic Records.
3. Nature of the Sessions
Akashic Records sessions are spiritual in nature and are offered as a tool for personal growth and spiritual understanding.
The readings should not be considered a substitute for professional, medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice.
The Provider does not guarantee specific outcomes nor ensures the accuracy of the information provided.
4. Confidentiality
All information shared during the session will be treated with the utmost confidentiality.
The Provider will not disclose any personal information or details of the reading without the Client’s express consent, unless required by law.
5. Client Responsibility
The Client is responsible for providing accurate and complete information regarding their inquiries for the reading.
The Client understands and agrees that any decisions and actions taken based on the reading are the sole responsibility of the Client.
6. Bookings and Payments
Sessions must be booked in advance through the Provider’s established channels (website, email, etc.).
Payment must be made at the time of booking the session.
In case of cancellation by the Client, the Provider must be notified at least 24 hours in advance to receive a full refund or reschedule the session. Late cancellations are subject to loss of payment.
7. Cancellation and Refund Policy
The Provider reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a session at any time. In such cases, the Client will be offered a rescheduled session or a full refund.
If the Client fails to attend the scheduled session without prior notice, no refund will be granted.
8. Limitation of Liability
The Provider shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use of the services offered.
The Client agrees that the reading is a guidance tool and not a definitive solution to personal or professional problems.
9. Client Conduct
The Client agrees to behave respectfully and professionally during the session.
The Provider reserves the right to terminate the session if the Client’s behavior is deemed inappropriate or disruptive.
10. Modifications to the Terms
The Provider reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be communicated to the Client and published through appropriate channels.
11. Acceptance of the Terms
By booking and participating in an Akashic Records session, the Client confirms that they have read, understood, and accepted these terms and conditions in full.
